Dear Partners,
Yealink has deactivated the redirect server for older End-of-Life (EOL) models, including the T4G and T19E2 series, among others.
As a result, these devices will no longer automatically connect to the provisioning server after a factory reset.
To address this, we will release a new firmware version by next week at the latest, which will point to an updated redirect server.
Please note: This firmware will not include any additional features, but solely ensure continued provisioning support.
In addition, we will roll out this firmware to affected EOL devices shortly, ensuring that Zero Touch provisioning remains functional.
In the meantime, manual provisioning is possible using the following URL:
