We are living in unprecedented times. The world of work has fundamentally changed. Businesses across the world have shifted to a full remote working model, with little to no preparation. For some the process was seamless – others are still struggling to adjust to this new normal.
On 4th June, NFON UK will be running a series of virtual events, designed to educate and help businesses during this difficult time. As communications specialists, renowned for being the disruptor in our field, we passionately believe in the ‘need to lead.’ Buckling down to just weather the storm isn’t an option. We want to explore opportunities to grow business through the provision of intelligent technologies.
The event is a collaborative opportunity to discuss smarter working options during the lockdown and ways to get a head-start on growth when it ends. We all know customers vote with their feet. Now is the time to act, but don’t just take our word for it... In a YouGov survey that we commissioned, out of 2,000 Brits, over a quarter have had to wait over half an hour when calling a brand during the lockdown. 7% say they are planning to swap provider as a result and more than one in five (22%) found it a negative experience.
‘Smarter Working Now’ sessions will be covering the following topics.

- Customer experience – delivering amazing moments and how to measure/ increase ways to delight customers
- Public sector – enabling continuity wherever staff are located
